0 Faribault, MN Faribault, MN Full-time Full-time $15 - $20 an hour $15 - $20 an hour Job Description Pontoon1 is an extremely busy Marine dealership based in Mankato,MN and we recently expanded our Faribault location to a larger facility and looking for a full-time individual at that location.
This full-time individual would be dedicated to Sales and Customer Service to all of our customers at our Faribault location.
This individual would coordinate their efforts with our main office in Mankato.
Even though our maintenance facility is based in Mankato, marine and mechanical knowledge is a plus as our customers will bring in their boats for trade ins, parts and maintenance issues.
We are looking to expand our maintenance service in Faribault for the products that we sell to our customers there.
Our products include Bennington and Avalon pontoons, Heyday wake boats, Bayliner deck boats, and used pontoons and boats.
This full-time position will average 35 - 40 hours per week with hours from 10 am to 5:
30 pm, Monday thru Friday and 9 - 1 every other Saturday.
Base plus commission depending on experience Engage with customers on selling our product lines Coordinate sales efforts with our Mankato location Understand all of our product lines so you can easily answer our customer questions Maintain inventory and post ads on our website and Craigslist Research and resolution of customer inquiries via phone, sales floor, parts inquiries Communicate with our maintenance technicians and be able to explain any mechanical issues the customer is experiencing Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; Strong attention to detail Perform duties with confidence and minimal supervision Must have a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, and strong prioritization skills Must demonstrate a positive and professional image at all times 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred Call 507-388-5111 with questions about this position.
